Successful completion of the certificate in Clinical Healthcare Management will demonstrate that the graduate is prepared to function successfully in a clinical leadership and management role in a health care institution. The program is useful for any currently enrolled UK student (except Clinical Leadership & Management majors) interested in obtaining clinical management skills; in addition, the program is useful for practicing clinical professionals (non-degree-seeking) such as nurses, physicians, dentists, physician assistants, physical therapists, respiratory therapists and other interested in enhancing their management skills.
Admission
The undergraduate certificate in Clinical Healthcare Management (CHM) is selective. To add the CHM certificate, log in to myUK and submit a major change request in the degree planning and registration area. (Note: Students who are Clinical Leadership & Management majors may not enroll in the certificate due to duplication of content.)
