An introductory course in statistical modeling that centers on real data. Emphasis on computing using R or other relevant software. Topics include multiple linear regression, prediction and confidence intervals, inference in regression, principles in experimental design, completely randomized design, block design, factorial designs, and multiple comparisons.
Prereq: STA 305. Approved for Distance Learning.
