A study of the diversity of physical environments and human societies. The various historical geographies as essential to an understanding of contemporary geographical patterns and processes in transport, agricultural, industry and mining, urbanization, and population. Throughout the course case-studies are presented and students are guided as they develop their own case studies.
Prereq: GEO 152 or 160 or 172.
