Criminal justice requires use of data to inform systemic change. This course examines the practical application of data analysis in criminal justice settings. Students will learn to run basic analyses while understanding the role of analytics in the context of criminal justice settings. Students will apply critical thinking to understand and evaluate use of statistical presentations in research, popular media, and other sources.
