PED 865 - SLEEP MEDICINE College of Medicine

This advanced clinical clerkship involves the diagnosis and management of sleep disorders. This fourth-year medical student elective primarily occurs in an outpatient setting for a total of four weeks. This is an integrated course encompassing the full spectrum of sleep disorders ranging from infancy to adulthood. The educational focus is on experiential activities, augmented by didactic learning activities to provide an overview of the care of sleep disorders. Students will work one-on-one with sleep medicine trained faculty.
Prerequisite(s): Prereq: MD 830 and MD 835.
