ECO 761 - MACRO AND MONETARY ECONOMICS I

Advanced study of business cycle fluctuations. Theoretical and empirical investigations of the causes of the business cycles; evaluating the effectiveness of monetary, fiscal, and other policies to affect inflation, unemployment, and short-run economic goals. Emphasis on current academic research.

Prereq: ECO 701  , ECO 702   or consent of instructor.
