The Graduate Certificate in Accounting Analytics (GCAA) enables accounting and non-accounting professionals to master the analytical skills needed to analyze and solve accounting and auditing problems. The program also provides a practical path for students who need 150 hours of academic credit to enable CPA eligibility. The program includes three courses: data visualization, data management, and predictive modeling. Its focus is on accounting- and finance-relevant problems including fraud and forensics, compliance, complex accounting estimates, health care, internal and external auditing and attestation, accounting systems, and taxation.
Admission Requirements
Applicants must meet the Graduate School admissions requirements.
Prerequisites include
- Six hours of accounting, introductory statistics, introductory analytics, or the consent of the program director
