SCE 632 - STRATEGIC SUPPLY CHAIN DESIGN

This course will provide students an in-depth understanding of tools that can be used to design various supply chain operations (plan, source, make, and deliver) to meet performance objectives. The application of various concepts, mathematical models, and simulation tools to model the operations in complex supply chain networks, assess performance, and identify strategies to improve efficiency, profitability and sustainability of supply chains will be covered.

Prerequisite(s):
Prereq: SCE 604  or similar (with instructor permission).
