HA 715 - HEALTH POLICY AND AGING

This course will present an overview of health policy in the United States as it affects the older population. It will provide an overview of the health care system, allocation of health services across the population and projected impact of the increase in the aging population on health care delivery. Various health policy proposals will be analyzed with a focus on their impact on the older population.
