Maximum likelihood estimation, ordinary least squares regression, heteroscedasticity-consistent regression, fixed and random effects models, probit, logit and tobit models, and identification and two-state least squares estimation of simultaneous equations models.

Prerequisite(s):
Prereq: Any undergraduate statistics course. MPA, MPP or PUAD program status for priority registration, other students with permission of instructor.
