The goal of this course is to provide the Clinical Nutrition masters student with the skills necessary to elicit a comprehensive medical history, perform basic physical examination techniques appropriate for nutritional assessment, evaluate and interpret laboratory test results, and systematically report their findings in appropriate oral and written formats.
Prerequisite(s): Prereq: Admission into the Center for Nutritional Science Masters with emphasis in Clinical Nutrition or by consent of instructor. Approved for Distance Learning.
