A detailed treatment of the organometallic chemistry of the transition metals, including lanthanides and actinides. Topics include synthesis, structure, bonding theories, reactions, characterization by physical methods, and applications in organic chemistry and catalysis.
Prerequisite(s): Prereq: CHE 232, and (CHE 410G or 510), and a physical chemistry course at or above the 400 level, or consent of instructor.
