A continuation of AFS 213 . A course designed to develop supervisory management skills to include communications, techniques of critique, social actions, personnel evaluation procedures, problem solving, role playing and field training preparation. Credit will not be granted toward the hours requirements for the degree. PASS-FAIL ONLY.
