A-E 578 - Art in Elementary Schools

Focusing on the study of perceptual and aesthetic development of children up to preadolescence, this course includes lesson planning, instructional strategies, classroom safety, age-appropriate materials, and assessment in primary school art experiences. Field experience hours are required.

Prereq: Admission to the Teacher Education Program (TEP) or Consent of Instructor.
