Instructional communication is dedicated to better understanding and providing practical strategies for effective teaching. However, much of what we know and often practice is primarily based on what works for homogenous student populations. In this course, through scholarly inquiry and practical application, we will focus on the communication challenges and strategies involved in creating inclusive classrooms in order to maximize the relational and rhetorical impact of instruction for all students.
