The Food Business Management track includes 21 credit hours with prefixes of ACC, AN, B&E, ECO, FIN, MGT, and MKT as required courses and concentrates on the management, entrepreneurship, marketing, and finance of food and beverage businesses. Students may not choose elective courses residing in the Gatton College of Business & Economics.
Complete 21 hours from the following course prefixes at the 200 level or above: ACC, AEC, B&E, ECO, FFC, FIN, MGT, MKT.
NOTE: Students pursuing the Food Business Management track may not choose elective courses residing in the Gatton College of Business & Economics.
