According to the subtitle, this course examines various aspects of the social, political, cultural, and aesthetic contexts of European art & visual culture. Issues of production and reception, style & function, artistic & viewer, and European interactions with non-European cultures will be considered. May be repeated under a different subtitle to a maximum of six credits.
Prereq: A-H 101 or A-H 106 recommended. Repeatable up to 6 credit hours.
