In this course students will apply their knowledge of current policy and practice in diversity in higher education through problem-based learning and critical reading of the literature in the field. Students will develop a portfolio of strategies for working with all aspects of campus administration from student and academic services to development, human resources, and facilities based on the National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education current ‘Standards of Professional Practice for Chief Diversity Officers in Higher Education’.

Prerequisite(s):
Prereq: Admission to any UK Graduate Program or Graduate Certificate in Senior Diversity Officer Leadership.
