The purpose of this course is to stimulate thinking and discussions about the ethical dilemmas facing research in health and rehabilitation sciences. This class was developed in response to changes in societal perception and regulatory issues in biomedical and health care-related research. By discussing the many facets of realistic ethical challenges, we will be able to respond in the most thoughtful and appropriate manner allowed by the situation.
Prerequisite(s): Prereq: Admission in the Rehabilitation and Health Sciences PhD program or permission of the course director. Approved for Distance Learning.
