BMI732 - BIOMEDICAL ONTOLOGIES AND SEMANTIC WEB TECHNIQUES

This course is an introduction to biomedical ontologies, ontological modeling, and semantic web techniques. Students will learn about RDF, OWL, SPARQL, and their roles in building and using ontologies. Biomedical terminologies such as GO, ICD-10, and SNOMED-CT will be discussed.
